Agree the Inspection Standard Before Production
Start by aligning on clear product specifications, approved samples and the inspection standard with your supplier. This ensures everyone understands the quality expectations for materials, appearance, dimensions, functionality and decoration.
Identify the Lot and Approved References
Confirm the inspection lot, including product code, color, decoration and packaging version. Keep approved reference samples on hand so production items can be compared directly against agreed standards.
Check Appearance, Dimensions and Capacity
Inspect overall appearance, color consistency and surface quality. Verify key dimensions and capacity against the approved sample to confirm the products meet your specifications.
Review Functional and Decoration Requirements
Check that the drinkware performs as intended, including stability, handle strength where applicable, and a smooth drinking rim. For decorated items, review print or embossing quality, position, color consistency and adhesion.
Inspect Packaging and Product Identification
Ensure each product is packed as specified, with adequate protection during transit. Check that product identification such as item code, color and quantity on cartons matches your purchase order and approved artwork.
